PDF Suite ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our") is a web-based software tool that enables Meesho suppliers and sellers in India to upload Meesho shipping label PDFs, filter order pages by various criteria, extract order data (AWB numbers, SKU codes, order numbers, customer addresses), split PDFs by delivery partner, and track packing progress.
The Service is accessed via a web browser at pdf.techseventeen.com. No software installation is required. Accounts are created and managed by our team — there is no self-registration feature. The Service is intended for commercial use by Meesho sellers and suppliers operating in India.
To use PDF Suite, you must:
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at pdf@techseventeen.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access to any person or entity at our sole discretion, including for suspected misuse or violation of these Terms.
You agree to use PDF Suite only for its intended purpose — managing your own Meesho shipping label PDFs for your legitimate supplier operations. The following uses are expressly prohibited:
Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.
You retain all ownership rights to the PDFs you upload and the order data they contain. By uploading content to PDF Suite, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store temporarily, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that:
We do not claim ownership of your order data and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
All intellectual property in the PDF Suite software, design, user interface, algorithms, and associated documentation is owned exclusively by us and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during the period of your active account. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of any part of our software or design.
The "PDF Suite" name, logo, and associated branding are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
Pricing for PDF Suite is discussed and agreed upon personally between you and our team at the time of onboarding. There are no publicly posted prices — billing arrangements are customised to each supplier's usage needs.
All payments are made in Indian Rupees (INR) via the method agreed upon at onboarding (e.g., UPI, bank transfer). We do not store payment card information on our servers.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not agree to a pricing change, you may cancel your account before the change takes effect.
Payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
You use the Service at your own risk. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Meesho or its parent company. "Meesho" is a trademark of its respective owners.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, in no event shall PDF Suite, its team members, employees, or affiliates be liable to you for:
In any event, our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is lower.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PDF Suite and its team members from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
We strive to keep PDF Suite available and functional, but we do not guarantee continuous uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to:
We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of significant changes via email in advance.
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You may request account closure by contacting us at pdf@techseventeen.com. We may suspend or terminate your account:
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Any data associated with your account may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, and 12 — shall survive.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at pdf@techseventeen.com. We will make genuine efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days of receiving a written complaint.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), with proceedings conducted in English.
